What is the difference between a proforma and a commercial invoice?
A proforma invoice presents the proposed goods, prices and terms. A commercial invoice records the actual sale and shipment details. Choose the one that matches your stage of business. Read the guide
Do I need an account?
You can browse and preview templates without an account. Creating, saving and exporting documents needs a free account with email or WeChat.
What is the difference between Free and VIP?
Free members use free templates with 3 downloads a day, and can try VIP templates in the editor with a watermark. VIP unlocks every template with a larger daily allowance; annual VIP has unlimited downloads and editable Word export.
Can I use my own logo and signature?
Yes. Logos can be PNG or SVG. Save your logo and authorized signature once in company settings and they are added to every document, with adjustable position and size.
Can I change the heading and the fields?
Yes. Rename the document heading, add your own product fields and hide the columns you don't need; custom product attributes come in automatically. One template can become a sample confirmation, an inspection list or any form you need.
How far can I customize a template?
Recolorable templates take your brand color. Every template lets you change the heading, add or hide product fields and switch between portrait and landscape.
How do I send a document to my customer?
Export a PDF to send or print. The preview and the export use the same template, so what you see is what you get.
Can I export Word or Excel files?
Annual VIP can export editable Word files, depending on the template, document type, orientation and language. Excel export is not available.
Which currencies and languages are supported?
Nine currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CNY and JPY, with the amount in words written for you. Documents can be in English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian or Portuguese.
Is my customer and bank information safe?
Your data is encrypted and stored on Tencent Cloud servers, backed up daily and isolated between accounts. We never sell or provide your data to third parties. Read the privacy policy
Can I use it on my phone?
Browse templates, sign in and manage membership in a mobile browser or the WeChat Mini Program. For creating and checking documents, a computer's larger screen works best.
Can I import data from Excel?
Bulk import is not available yet. Save frequently used products in your product library and pick them when you create a document.
How do I pay? Will it renew automatically?
Pay with WeChat Pay by QR code on the website, or with WeChat Pay in the Mini Program. Memberships are one-time purchases and never renew automatically.
